Microscopy
Confocal microscopy (including time-lapse imaging), FP localisation, protein-protein interactions by FRET and BiFC, immunolocalization of proteins, GUS-staining, scanning and transmission EM.

Molecular biology
DNA isolation, PCR, classical and Gateway cloning, Cre/loxP system, protoplasts transfection, plant transformation, and mutant analysis.

Informatics
Windows and Linux, HTML, image processing and analysis using MorphoGraphX, Imaris, ImageG, AxioVision, Photoshop and Gimp softwares.
