JOIN THE LAB

Post-doctoral position open:

We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our team to study plant growth and organogenesis using a combination of genetics, quantitative 4D life-imaging, and biomechanics. The position is available for 2 years (with the possibility to extend with additional funding). The post-doc will work in close collaboration with Anne-Lise Routier and Frederick Gosselin labs.

We are interested in highly motivated candidates with knowledge in developmental biology. Experience in confocal imaging and molecular biology techniques are strong assets. The candidate must hold a doctoral degree. The applicant should have good interpersonal skills and be able to work in a collaborative and interdisciplinary environment. Diversity is considered a strength within the lab and all qualified applicants will receive equal consideration for this position.

For visitors from outside Canada that are planning to stay longer than 3 weeks, immigration procedures have to be completed.

  • MITACS (M.Sc. and Ph.D. foreign students including France);
  • ELAP (M.Sc. and Ph.D. student from Latin America);
  • Merit-based scholarship from your home country;
